Daily Puzzles — Free Crossword, Solitaire, Mahjong, Jigsaw & More

A new puzzle every day, the same for everyone — plus unlimited extras, streaks and print buttons. All 14 games are free to play, with no sign-up needed.

Ten quiet, satisfying puzzles that work the way a newspaper puzzle page used to: open it, solve today’s, come back tomorrow. Every puzzle is generated on your own device from the date, so the daily crossword, word search, jigsaw, Word Connect, cryptogram, solitaire deal, mahjong turtle, 2248 board, tile pile and block board are identical for everyone who opens them that day — race a friend on the same grid, or put one on the classroom screen. Solve the daily and your streak grows (kept on this device; no account, no email).

Each one also has an unlimited random mode for when one is not enough, hints for when you are stuck, and — for the crossword, word search and cryptogram — a Print button that gives you a clean black-and-white sheet for the kitchen table, the car or a class of thirty. Nothing to install, nothing to download, no ads between you and the puzzle.

How the daily puzzles work

Each puzzle takes today’s date and turns it into a number that seeds the generator, so everyone who opens the page on the same day gets the same crossword, the same hidden words, the same jigsaw cut, the same solitaire deal, the same mahjong turtle and the same coded quote — built in the browser in a fraction of a second, with nothing downloaded. At midnight (your local time) tomorrow’s puzzle takes over. Solve the daily one and your streak goes up by one; miss a day and it resets. Streaks live in your browser’s storage on this device only, which is why there is no sign-up.

Printing a puzzle

The crossword, word search and cryptogram each have a Print button. It opens your browser’s print dialog with a plain page — the empty grid, the clues or word list, and the AllPartyGames.com name in small type so you can find the answers later. Choose “Save as PDF” in the dialog if you want to send it on WhatsApp or email instead of printing it.

Using puzzles in a classroom

The daily word search and crossword are the easy wins: put one on the screen with fullscreen, or print thirty copies, and the whole class is solving the same grid. Word search Easy is forwards-only with eight words for early readers; Hard uses all eight directions. The cryptogram is a ready-made lesson on letter frequency — ask the class which coded letter appears most, then reveal that it is probably E.

❓Daily Puzzles — FAQ

Are the puzzles free?

Yes — every puzzle on this page is free, with no account, no app and no daily limit. The daily puzzle is one per day; the random mode is unlimited.

Is the daily puzzle the same for everyone?

Yes. It is generated from the date, so anyone who opens it on the same calendar day gets the same puzzle. That is what makes it fun to race a friend or solve with a class.

Do I need to download anything?

No. The puzzles are built in your browser; once a page has loaded it keeps working even on a weak connection. Word Connect’s 22,000-word dictionary is a single file the page fetches once.

Can I print the puzzles?

The crossword, word search and cryptogram each have a Print button that produces a clean black-and-white sheet. Jigsaw and Word Connect are screen-only by nature.

Are the solitaire deals and mahjong boards always winnable?

Mahjong Solitaire and Tile Match boards are generated backwards from a solution, so they can always be cleared from the start. Klondike Solitaire deals are real random deals, and like a physical pack some cannot be won — Undo and New deal are always there.

Which puzzles are coming next?

More classics are planned — request a puzzle any time from the Request a Game page.
