Can we play together, each on our own phone?

Each friend scans it, taps their name to claim that seat, and the table plays live across all the phones — no app, no accounts. Playing alone instead, the table fills with 1–3 computer opponents who draw, discard and declare like real players.
Are these games suitable for kids?
