Privacy Policy

AllPartyGames.com provides games without requiring a player account. Many game features run on your device, but some features send information to us or other services. This page explains those differences.

Game data on your device and sharing

Depending on the game, your browser stores preferences, favourites, recent games, names, lists, scores, saved games and photo-wheel images in local storage. Cached site files also support offline use. You can remove this data through the game controls where available or by clearing this site's data in your browser; this can remove saved progress and preferences.

Sharing is optional. A shared game or party-plan link can include names, lists or other settings in its address. Anyone receiving the link may see that information, and opening it sends the address to the website and may expose it to analytics. Shared text, images and downloads can also contain game results or names. Check what you share and use nicknames rather than sensitive information.

Online multiplayer

When you create or join an online room, the site sends room identifiers, player names or nicknames, avatars, moves, scores and game state to Google Firebase Realtime Database so participants can play together. Card-table chat also sends messages. Other people in the room can receive shared information. Offline and pass-and-play modes do not use this room-sync feature. Do not put confidential information in a room or its chat, and share room links only with intended players.

Contact messages and game requests

Submitting the Contact or Request a Game form sends the entered fields to Netlify Forms for the site operator to receive and respond to. The Contact form asks for your name, email and message; the game-request form asks for a game description and offers optional location/context and email fields. Emailing us sends your message through email services. These submissions do not stay only in your browser. Please include only the information needed for your enquiry.

Microphone, speech and photos

The Classroom Noise Meter uses microphone permission to analyse sound levels on your device; its game code does not upload or record microphone audio. Voice search uses your browser's speech-recognition service, which may process audio remotely under the browser or speech provider's policies. Recognised text is displayed on the page and used to run a command or search.

Where the natural-voice birthday feature is available, a chosen name and a short birthday phrase are sent through our Netlify voice function to ElevenLabs to generate speech. Generated responses are configured for caching. Use a nickname and avoid sensitive details. Browser read-aloud voices can also depend on your browser or device provider.

Photo games process selected pictures in your browser, and the photo wheel saves resized copies on the device. This describes the game's photo processing, not a guarantee that everything displayed on a page is excluded from analytics or optional sharing.

Analytics

GoatCounter is configured to count page usage without analytics cookies. It receives page and basic browser/referral information. PostHog is also configured for usage events and session replay through its US service endpoints. Information can include pages and links visited, clicks, device/browser details, approximate location, identifiers and page content used in replay.

PostHog is configured to mask input fields. That is not a guarantee that names, answers, recognised speech or photos shown elsewhere on the page are masked. Avoid entering sensitive information. Custom game events mainly contain game identifiers and interaction outcomes; automatic analytics and replay are separate from those events.

The current PostHog choice appears based on the browser's timezone. Where it appears, Accept enables capture and Decline requests PostHog's cookieless mode, which can still count activity. Outside that timezone check, the site enables capture by default. Cookies and/or local storage may hold analytics identifiers and preferences. This analytics choice is not a Google-certified advertising consent mechanism and does not control every third-party request.

Hosting and third-party resources

Netlify serves the site and processes web requests. Analytics services, online-game services and externally loaded badges or images receive the technical information needed for requests, such as an IP address and browser information. Third-party resources include content-protection badges from Copyscape and DMCA.com and featured-site badges on some pages. Their processing is separate from local game storage.

Advertising: currently disabled

Display advertising is currently disabled on this site. The following describes how Google advertising would work if it is introduced later; it does not mean that AdSense is active now.

If Google AdSense is enabled in a future release, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of Google personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can also manage participating third-party vendors' personalised advertising choices at YourAdChoices. These choices do not stop all advertising or all data collection. Any advertising launch needs its own provider disclosures and applicable consent setup.

Children and shared devices

The site includes children's games as well as modes intended for adults. An adult should choose appropriate games and supervise children. Use nicknames and avoid entering children's full names, contact details or other private information into rooms, chat, shared links, forms or personalised voice features. Clearing browser data does not delete information already sent to a service or another person.

Your questions and choices

You can use browser controls to manage site storage and microphone access. Clearing site data may reset saved choices and progress. For questions about information you have sent, contact hello@allpartygames.com and explain the feature involved. Do not send additional sensitive information. We cannot promise that an email alone will identify an analytics record or automatically remove copies held by third parties.
