What is Photo Wheel?

The Photo Wheel is a spin-the-wheel picker made of faces. Add photos straight from your phone or laptop — the class, the office, the wedding party, the kids at the sleepover — and every photo becomes a slice of the wheel. Spin, watch it slow down, and the wheel lands on one person's picture with confetti and a big result card. Who answers next, who gets the last slice, who does the dishes: a wheel of faces makes the pick feel fairer and much funnier than a list of names.

Everything happens in your browser. Photos are shrunk to small squares on your device and drawn onto the wheel; nothing is uploaded, and they are remembered only in this browser so tomorrow's wheel is ready without adding them again. Add optional names under each photo, remove the winner so everyone gets one turn, shuffle the order, and use fullscreen to fill the projector or TV.

7 ways to use a photo wheel

  • Classroom picker: add the class once, switch on Remove winner, and the wheel chooses who reads, answers or presents — every student exactly once.
  • Office stand-up: a wheel of the team decides who goes first, who takes notes and who buys the coffee.
  • Party forfeits: take quick selfies of everyone at the table with the camera button, then spin for the next dare or truth.
  • Chores and dishes: the family wheel settles it without an argument (the photo makes it official).
  • Sangeet, mehndi and baby showers: spin the guest wheel to pick who dances, who sings or who opens the next gift.
  • Sports day and school fete: a wheel of house captains or class photos for the lucky draw on the projector.
  • Secret Santa reveal: spin to decide the order in which people open their gifts.

Need names instead of faces? The Wheel of Names works the same way with a list, and the Team Generator splits the same people into fair teams.

Tips

  • Square-ish photos with the face in the middle look best — the wheel crops each picture to a square.
  • Up to 12 photos fill their slices edge to edge; with more, each photo becomes a round bubble near the rim so faces stay clear.
  • Take the photos live with the camera button — quick selfies of everyone at the table make a great party wheel.
  • The photos stay in this browser only; clear them with Clear all when the event is over.

Photo Wheel FAQ

Are my photos uploaded to AllPartyGames.com?

The game processes photos locally. Your browser shrinks each one to a small square and draws it on the wheel; they are stored only in this browser's local storage so the wheel is ready next time, and Clear all removes those local copies. See the Privacy Policy for analytics and optional sharing.

How many photos can I put on the wheel?

Up to 60. With 12 or fewer, each photo fills its whole slice; with more, the slices are coloured and each photo becomes a round bubble near the rim so faces stay recognisable.

Can I use it as a random student picker with photos?

Yes — add the class once (it is remembered in that browser), turn on Remove winner after spin so every student gets exactly one turn, and use fullscreen on the classroom display.

Is Photo Wheel free?

Yes — 100% free with no account required.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes, it is designed for phones first and works on tablets, laptops and TVs.
