It handles long lists gracefully (hundreds of entries are fine), remembers your list on this device, and shows a history of picks so you can prove the draw was fair.

How to play Random Picker

- Choose whether picked entries are removed so nobody is chosen twice, or kept for repeat picks.

When "No repeats" is on, each entry is picked at most once until the list is exhausted, then it resets.
