What is Kids Scavenger Hunt?
A scavenger hunt built around children’s ages: 3–5 gets the simplest items and a long 60-second countdown, 6–8 gets everyday objects and 45 seconds, 9–12 gets harder finds and silly challenges at 35 seconds. Nothing is locked, so you can move between home, garden and classroom, and switch the theme from colours to objects to funny as the mood changes.
It is the safest hunt on the site: every item is something a child can carry, nothing sharp, nothing from a cupboard they should not open, and the screen reads each item in large text so an early reader can follow along.

- Read the item aloud as well as showing it; the countdown starts when you press Start, not when they understand.
- For mixed ages, run the hunt twice with different age settings and the same items — the finds are different and fair.
