What is Workout Wheel?
The Workout Wheel makes exercise unpredictable — and that is the point. Spin for your next move, do it, spin again. Twelve segments cover the basics (push-ups, squats, lunges, planks, burpees, high knees) with a rest segment for mercy. Edit the reps to match your level.
Great for PE classes, family fitness challenges and friends who want a "loser does the next spin" game.

Workout Wheel FAQ
Can I set my own exercises?
Yes — edit the entries to change exercises or rep counts.
Is Workout Wheel really random?
Yes. The winning segment is chosen with the browser's cryptographically secure random generator before the animation plays, so the spin cannot be influenced by timing or by how hard you "spin".
How many entries can I add?
Up to 100 entries on one wheel. For large lists the segments get thin, so for 50+ names consider the Random Name Picker instead.
Can I share my wheel?
Yes — Share creates a link that pre-fills your entries so friends open the same wheel.
